    Take notice that on October 5, 2005, Natural Gas Pipeline Company 
of America (Natural) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Sixth Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on 
Appendix A to the filing, to become effective November 5, 2005.
    Natural states that the purpose of this filing is to update 
Natural's form of service agreements in its tariff to include one new
