Revenue Report
October 5, 2005.
Take notice that on September 29,
2005, SCG Pipeline, Inc. (SCG)
submitted for filing its Penalty Revenue
Report covering the time period from
the start of SCG’s operations in
November 2003 through July 31, 2004.
SCG states that it did not assess or
collect any penalty revenues during that
time period. SCG further requests that
the Commission grant any waivers of its
regulations that may be deemed
necessary to accept this report beyond
the time periods described in section 25
of the general terms and conditions of
the SCG Tariff.
SCG states that copies of the filing are
being mailed to its customers and
interested state commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to

intervention or motion to intervene, as
