Take notice that on September 29, 2005, SCG Pipeline, Inc. (SCG) submitted for filing its Penalty Revenue Report covering the time period from the start of SCG’s operations in November 2003 through July 31, 2004. SCG states that it did not assess or collect any penalty revenues during that time period. SCG further requests that the Commission grant any waivers of its regulations that may be deemed necessary to accept this report beyond the time periods described in section 25 of the general terms and conditions of the SCG Tariff.
