Take notice that on September 30,
2005, Gas Transmission Northwest
Corporation (GTN) tendered for filing as
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third
Revised Volume No. 1–A, Eighth
Revised Sheet No. 4, to become effective
November 1, 2005.
GTN further states that a copy of this
filing has been served on GTN’s
jurisdictional customers and interested
state regulatory agencies.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of

2005, Iroquois Gas Transmission
System, L.P. (Iroquois) filed an update
to the Iroquois Deferred Asset Surcharge
Adjustment, pursuant to part 154 of the
Commission’s regulations and section
12.3 of the general terms and conditions
of its FERC Gas Tariff. Iroquois states
that because there is no change in the
Deferred Asset Surcharge, as shown in
the calculation on the attached work
papers, no tariff sheet is being
submitted.
