    Take notice that on September 28, 2005, Indiana Municipal Power 
Agency (IMPA) tendered for filing an initial Rate Schedule No. 4 and 
supporting cost data to establish its annual revenue requirements for 
providing Reactive Supply and Voltage Control from Generation Sources. 
IMPA requests an effective date for the proposed Rate Schedule FERC No. 
3 as of November 1, 2005.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be
