Notice Pursuant to the National
Cooperative Research and Production
Act of 1993—Semiconductor Test

Notice is hereby given that, on
September 8, 2005, pursuant to Section
6(a) of the National Cooperative
Research and Production Act of 1993,
15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (‘‘the Act’’),
Semiconductor Test Consortium, Inc.
has filed written notifications
simultaneously with the Attorney
General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing changes in its
membership. The notifications were
filed for the purpose of extending the
Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, Alliance ATE Consulting
Group, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA; AZ
Electronics, LLC, Chandler, AZ; Chroma
ATE, Inc., Yao Yuan Hsien, TAIWAN;

Membership in this group research
project remains open, and

intends to file additional written
notification disclosing all changes in
membership.
On May 27, 2003, Semiconductor Test

Network) database. The O*NET
database information is used for a wide
range of purposes related to career
counseling and development,
curriculum design, human resources
functions and workforce investment
efforts. The data collection methodology
will include contacting businesses/
associations to gain their cooperation,
and collecting information from
employees of cooperating businesses/
associations as well as occupational
specialists for some occupations.
