ER05–1202–000 and ER05– 1202–001] Blue Canyon Windpower II LLC; Notice of Issuance of Order September 27, 2005. Blue Canyon Windpower II LLC (Blue Canyon) filed an application for marketbased rate authority, with an accompanying rate tariff. The proposed rate tariff provides for the sales of energy and the reassignment of transmission capacity. Blue Canyon also requested waiver of various Commission regulations. In particular, Blue Canyon requested that the Commission grant blanket approval under 18 CFR Part 34 of all future issuances of securities and assumptions of liability by Blue Canyon. On September 27, 2005, pursuant to delegated authority, the Director, Division of Tariffs and Market Development—South, granted the request for blanket approval under Part 34. The Director’s order also stated that the Commission would publish a separate notice in the Federal Register establishing a period of time for the VerDate Aug<31>2005 17:26 Sep 30, 2005 Jkt 205001 filing of protests.
