    Take notice that, on September 19, 2005, Colorado Interstate Gas 
Company (CIG) submitted a compliance filing pursuant to the 
Commission's Order issued August 18, 2005, in Docket No. RP05-515-000.
    CIG states that the revised FTSA is being submitted to comply with 
the Commission's August 18, 2005 order issued in this proceeding
