2005, Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline
Company (Williston Basin), tendered for
filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff,
Original Volume No. 2, the revised tariff
sheets provided in Attachment A to the
filing, and a Refund Report refunding
amounts billed pursuant to Williston
Basin’s filings in Docket Nos. RP01–
256–000 and RP03–284–000.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
