Abstract: This information collection
package contains the Consolidated State
Performance Report (CSPR). It collects
data that is required under section 1111
of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB)
which mandates the requirements for
the Secretary’s report to Congress and
information necessary for the Secretary
to report on the Department’s
Government Performance and Results
Act (GPRA) indicators.

the term of the agreements between
ANR and Constellation Newenergy—
Gas Division WI pursuant to ANR’s Rate
Schedule FTS–1. ANR requests the
Commission accept the Amendments
effective October 31, 2005.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
