    Take notice that on September 2, 2005, Iroquois Gas Transmission 
System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing the following revised sheet 
to its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, to be effective on 
September 1, 2005:

Substitute Fourteenth Revised Sheet No. 120

    Iroquois states that on August 25, 2005, it requested an extension 
of time to comply with the requirements of Order No. 587-S (111 FERC ] 
61,203); accordingly, Iroquois is requesting that the effective date of
