Take notice that on August 31, 2005,
National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation
(National) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised
Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet
to become effective September 1, 2005.

2005, Honeoye Storage Corporation
(Honeoye) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised
Volume 1A, one revised tariff sheet to
be effective September 1, 2005:
Substitute Fourth Revised Sheet No. 105
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding.

September 8, 2005.
Take notice that on August 30, 2005,
North Baja Pipeline, LLC (NBP)
tendered for filing as part of its FERC
Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, the
following substitute tariff sheets, to be
effective commensurate with the dates
of the substituted tariff sheets:
Substitute Original Sheet No. 4
Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 4
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 4
NBP states that these tariff sheets are
being submitted to correct historical
tariff references to NBP’s recourse rates.
NBP is requesting that the Commission
remove previously-filed Third Revised
Sheet No. 4 from its database.
NBP further states that a copy of this
filing has been served on NBP’s
jurisdictional customers and interested
state regulatory agencies.
