ANR Pipeline Company; Notice of Material Deviation Filing

September 8, 2005.
    Take notice that on September 1, 2005, ANR Pipeline Company (ANR) 
tendered for filing an FTS-1 service agreement and a gathering 
agreement between ANR and Indeck-Corinth Limited Partnership (Indeck);
