escort is required at all times, attendees

A meeting of the Advisory Committee
on International Law will take place on
Thursday, September 29, 2005, from 10
a.m. to approximately 4 p.m., as
necessary, in Room 1207 of the United
States Department of State, 2201 C

meeting will be chaired by the Legal
Adviser of the Department of State, John
B. Bellinger, III, and will be open to the
