Power) and GenWest LLC, submitted an
application pursuant to section 203 of
the Federal Power Act for authorization
of a disposition of jurisdictional
facilities whereby Nevada Power would
acquire a 75 percent ownership interest
in the Silverhawk Power Station (the
Transaction). The Applicants request
confidential treatment of certain
portions of the application, including
the portions of the Asset Purchase
Agreement pursuant to which the
Transaction would be consummated.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
