Commission’s August 10, 2005, Letter
Order in Docket No. RP05–488–000, (the
August 10 order), tendered for filing and
acceptance to be effective September 1,
2005, Substitute Original Sheet No. 49A
and Substitute Third Revised Sheet No.
77A to Original Volume No. 1 of its
FERC Gas Tariff.
Clear Creek states that a copy of this
filing has been served upon its
customers and the Public Service
Commission of Wyoming.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
