Changes in FERC Gas Tariff
August 26, 2005.
Take notice that on August 23, 2005,
Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line
Corporation (Transco) tendered for
filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff,
Third Revised Volume No. 1, First
Revised Sheet No. 435 to become
effective September 22, 2005.
Transco states that the purpose of this
filing is to revise the Form of Service
Agreement for use under Transco’s Rate
Schedule SS–2 to allow for an extension
of the contract term and to provide for
a notice period prior to the termination
of service by either party.
