ACTION: Correction to notice of proposed rate increase.

SUMMARY: Southwestern Area Power Administration published a document in 
the Federal Register (70 FR 48121) on August 16, 2005, announcing the 
public review and comment period on proposed rates. This rate proposal 
will increase annual system revenues approximately 7.3 percent from 
$124,325,100 to $133,342,029. Inadvertently, the amount of the proposed 
increase for the purchased power adder rate component ($227,100 or 0.2 
percent) was not included in the initial notice.
