On March 8, 2005 (70 FR 11239), EPA
sought comments on this ICR pursuant
to 5 CFR 1320.8(d). EPA received a
request that burden and cost estimates
be revised to include the higher burden
and cost incurred by the magnet wire
facilities, and the estimates have been
revised accordingly.
