    Take notice that on August 17, 2005, Trailblazer Pipeline Company 
(Trailblazer) tendered for filing its penalty revenue report. 
Trailblazer states that purpose of this filing is to inform the 
Commission that Trailblazer collected no penalty revenues in the 
quarter ending June 30, 2005.
    Trailblazer states that copies of the filing are being mailed to
