Take notice that on August 19, 2005,
Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP (Cove
Point) submitted a compliance filing to
the Commission’s letter order issued
August 15, 2005, in Docket No. RP05–
472–000.
Cove Point states that copies of the
filing were served on parties on the

Any person desiring to protest this
