generator status pursuant to Part 365 of
the Commission’s regulations.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the

Ontelaunee Holding, LLC (LSPOH),
Calpine Construction Finance Company,
L.P. (CCFC) and Ontelaunee Power
Operating Company, LLC (OPOC)
(collectively, Applicants), submitted an
application pursuant to section 203 of
the Federal Power Act for the
authorization of CCFC’s sale to LSPOH
of OPOC, which will own the
Ontelaunee Energy Center (the
Ontelaunee Facility) and associated
jurisdiction facilities; and an associated
internal reorganization. Applicants state
that the Ontelaunee Facility is an
approximately 584 MW electric
generating facility located in
Ontelaunee, Pennsylvania.
