ACTION: Notice. SUMMARY: The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is announcing an opportunity for public comment on the proposed collection of certain information by the agency. Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed revision of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments on the need to obtain written consent to disclose medical treatment information to individuals or third parties. of Veterans Affairs on proposed business plans at those VA facility 
sites identified in May 2004 as requiring further study by the Capital 
Asset Realignment for Enhanced Services (CARDS) Decision document.
    The agenda at each meeting will include a discussion of the 
potential CARES Business Plan options for each site. The options have 
been developed by the VA contractor. The agenda will provide time for 
public comments on the options and for discussion of which options 
should be considered by the Secretary for further analysis and 
development in the next stage of the Business Plan Option development 
process.
    Interested persons may attend and present oral or written 
statements to the Committee. For additional information regarding the
