(Barrick) filed an application for marketbased rate authority, with an accompanying rate tariff. The proposed rate tariff provides for the sales of capacity, energy and ancillary at marketbased rates. Barrick also requested waiver of various Commission regulations. In particular, Barrick requested that the Commission grant blanket approval under 18 CFR part 34 of all future issuances of securities and assumptions of liability by Barrick.     Take notice that on August 12, 2005, Algonquin Gas Transmission, 
LLC (Algonquin) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Fifth Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on Appendix A to 
the filing, to become effective September 12, 2005.
