Different Commission advisory staff will be assigned to review any offer of settlement or settlement agreement, and process the amendment application, including providing advice to the Commission with respect to the agreement and application. Nondecisional staff and advisory staff will be prohibited from communicating with one another concerning this settlement agreement once filed and any related amendment application for the project. The complaint asserts that NEW has not complied with the Commission’s Large Generator Interconnection Policy in the management of its Generation Interconnection Queue with respect to its dealings with its affiliate MMI. SME requests that the Commission order NEW to process the Interconnection Request for SME’s Highwood Generating Station as senior to the subordinated queue ranking which should have been assigned to MMI.
