longitude; thence northwesterly to 38
degrees 45 minutes N latitude, 75

west to the Maryland-Delaware
boundary; thence south along the
Delaware state line to the southwest
corner; thence east along the Delaware
state line to a point at 75 degrees 30
minutes W. longitude, thence south to
