SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Title: Statement for Individuals Who Begin or End Bona Fide Residence in a U.S. Possession. OMB Number: 1545–XXXX. Form Number: Form 8898. Abstract: Form 8898 is required by new code section 937, which was added by the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004. Under section 937, individuals must notify the IRS when they begin or end bona fide residence in a U.S. possession. The purpose of the information collection is to prevent abusive tax avoidance. Current Actions: There are no changes being made to the form at this time. Type of Review: This is a new collection. Affected Public: Individuals or households. Estimated Number of Respondents: 50,000. Estimated Time per Respondent: 7 hr., 47 min. Estimated Total Annual Burden Hours: 389,000.     The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) gives notice under Public 
Law 92-463 (Federal Advisory Committee Act) that the Advisory Committee 
on Chiropractic Care Implementation will meet Tuesday, September 13,
