ER05–1097–000, ER05–1097– 001] BJ Energy LLC; Notice of Issuance of Order August 11, 2005. BJ Energy LLC (BJ Energy) filed an application for market-based rate authority, with an accompanying rate tariff. The proposed rate tariff provides for the sales of capacity, energy and ancillary services at market-based rates. BJ Energy also requested waiver of various Commission regulations. In particular, BJ Energy requested that the Commission grant blanket approval under 18 CFR part 34 of all future issuances of securities and assumptions of liability by BJ Energy. On August 11, 2005, pursuant to delegated authority, the Director, Division of Tariffs and Market Development—South, granted the request for blanket approval under part VerDate jul<14>2003 13:34 Aug 16, 2005 Jkt 205001 34. The Director’s order also stated that the Commission would publish a separate notice in the Federal Register establishing a period of time for the filing of protests.
