    Take notice that on July 29, 2005, High Island Offshore System, 
L.L.C. (HIOS) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third 
Revised Volume No. 1, Substitute Eighth Revised Sheet No. 170, to be 
made effective September 1, 2005.
    HIOS states that the tariff sheet is being filed to correct the
