GTN states that this sheet is being
filed to reflect the continuation of a
negotiated rate agreement pursuant to
evergreen provisions contained in the
agreement.
GTN further states that a copy of this
filing has been served on GTN’s
jurisdictional customers and interested
state regulatory agencies.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed in accordance
with the provisions of Section 154.210

High Island Offshore System, L.L.C.
(HIOS) tendered for filing as part of its
FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume
No. 1, Substitute Eighth Revised Sheet
No. 170, to be made effective September
1, 2005.
HIOS states that the tariff sheet is
being filed to correct the pagination of
the tariff sheet filed on July 21, 2005, in
compliance with the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission’s Order No.
587-S issued May 9, 2005, requiring
pipelines to adopt the standards
promulgated by the Wholesale Gas
Quadrant (WGQ) of the North American
Energy Standards Board (NAESB).
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
