Notice is hereby given that, on July 20, 2005, pursuant to section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (‘‘the Act’’). Interchangeable Virtual Instruments Foundation, Inc. has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, Pickering Interfaces, Ltd., Essex, England, United Kingdom has been added as a party to this venture. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and Interchangeable Virtual Instruments Foundation, Inc. intends to file additional written notification disclosing all changes in membership.     Pursuant to section 1301.33(a) of Title 21 of the Code of Federal 
Regulations (CFR), this is notice that on June 8, 2005, National Center 
for Natural Products Research, University of Mississippi, 135 Coy 
Waller Lab Complex, University, Mississippi 38677, made application to 
the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to be registered as a bulk 
manufacturer of the basic class of controlled substances listed in 
Schedule I:

objections to the issuance of the proposed registration pursuant to 21 
CFR 1301.33(a).
    Any such written comments or objections being sent via regular mail 
may be addressed, in quintuplicate, to the Deputy Assistant 
Administrator, Office of Diversion Control, Drug Enforcement 
Administration, Washington, DC 20537, Attention: DEA Federal Register
