Abstract: FEMA’s Temporary Housing
Assistance is used to provide mobile
homes, travel trailers, or other forms of
readily prefabricated forms of housing
for the purpose of providing temporary
housing to eligible applicants or victims
of federally declared disasters. This
information is required to determine the
feasibility of the site for installation of
the housing unit and ensures written
permission of the property owner is
obtained to allow the housing unit on to

the property to include ingress and
egress permission.

Estimated Cost: The estimated cost to
respondents is $3,000 and the estimated
cost to the Government for this
information collection is approximately
$6,500.
Comments: Written comments are
solicited to (a) evaluate whether the
proposed data collection is necessary for
the proper performance of the agency,
including whether the information shall
have practical utility; (b) evaluate the
accuracy of the agency’s estimate of the
burden of the proposed collection of
information, including the validity of
the methodology and assumptions used;
(c) enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information to be
collected; and (d) minimize the burden
of the collection of information on those
who are to respond, including through
the use of appropriate automated,
electronic, mechanical, or other
technological collection techniques or
other forms of information technology,
e.g., permitting electronic submission of
responses. Comments should be
received within 60 days of the date of
this notice.

of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Florida (FEMA–1595–DR),
dated July 10, 2005, and related
determinations.
DATES:
Effective July 27, 2005.
