business corporation to a limited
liability company. Entergy Services
states that the reorganization will not
cause any change in ultimate control
over Commission jurisdictional utilities
or facilities and will not have any
impact on competition, cause any
increases in rates, nor impair the
effectiveness of federal or state
regulation.
