SUMMARY: On January 31, 2005 (70 FR
4958), EPA announced an opportunity
for animal feeding operations (AFOs) to
sign a voluntary consent agreement and
final order (air compliance agreement).
This supplemental notice announces a
reopening to the signup period for the
consent agreement and final order.
DATES: The signup period is reopened
until August 12, 2005.

Dialogue Committee (PPDC), Pesticide

Process Improvement Workgroup will
hold a public meeting on September 14,
2005. An agenda for this meeting is
being developed and should be posted
on EPA’s website in mid-August. The
workgroup is developing advice and
recommendations on topics related to
EPA’s registration process.

Tuesday, September 14, 2005 from 1

A. Does this action apply to me?
This action is directed to the public
in general, and may be of particular
interest to persons who are concerned
about implementation of the Pesticide
Registration Improvement Act (PRIA),
the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and
Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and the
Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
(FFDCA). Other potentially affected
entities may include but are not limited
to agricultural workers and farmers;
pesticide industry trade associations;
environmental, consumer and
farmworker groups; pesticide users and
growers; pest consultants; State, local
and Tribal governments; academia;
public health organizations; food
processors; and the public. Since other
entities may also be interested, the
Agency has not attempted to describe all
the specific entities that may be affected
by this action. If you have any questions
