notice of this meeting be announced in
the Federal Register.

the Board is to make recommendations
to DOE in the areas of environmental
restoration, waste management, and
related activities.
Tentative Agenda:
• Senior Management review by U.S.
Department of Energy Office of River
Protection, U.S. Department of Energy
Richland Operations Office, U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency, and
Washington State Department of
Ecology.
• Board Priorities for Fiscal Year
2006.
• Estimate at Completion for the
Waste Treatment and Immobilization
Plant (if information is available).
• Advice from the Health & Safety
Committee on Records Management.
• Advice from the Budgets and
Contracts Committee on Contracts.
• Complex-Wide Waste Disposition.
Public Participation: The meeting is
open to the public. Written statements
may be filed with the Board either
before or after the meeting. Individuals
who wish to make oral statements
pertaining to agenda items should
contact Yvonne Sherman’s office at the
address or telephone number listed
above. Requests must be received five
days prior to the meeting and reasonable
provision will be made to include the
presentation in the agenda. The Deputy
Designated Federal Officer is
empowered to conduct the meeting in a
fashion that will facilitate the orderly
conduct of business. Individuals
wishing to make public comment will
be provided a maximum of five minutes
to present their comments.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy
(FE) of the Department of Energy gives

Orders granting authority to import and
export natural gas, including the import
of liquefied natural gas. These Orders
are summarized in the attached
appendix and may be found on the FE
Web site at https://www.fe.doe.gov (select
gas regulation). They are also available
for inspection and copying in the Office
of Natural Gas Regulatory Activities,
Docket Room 3E–033, Forrestal
Building, 1000 Independence Avenue,
SW., Washington, DC 20585, (202) 586–
9478. The Docket Room is open between
the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.,
