    Take notice that on July 18, 2005, Northwest Pipeline Corporation 
(Northwest) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third 
Revised Volume No. 1, Second Revised Sheet No. 4, to be effective 
August 18, 2005.
    Northwest states that the purpose of this filing is to update its 
system map to reflect two new pools and to eliminate the listing of the 
receipt points associated with the pools on the map.
    Northwest states that a copy of this filing has been served upon 
Northwest's customers and interested state regulatory commissions.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
