July 21, 2005.
Take notice that on July 15, 2005,
Northern Natural Gas Company
(Northern) tendered for filing to become
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised
Volume No. 1, Substitute Second
Revised Sheet No. 212 and Substitute
Third Revised Sheet No. 309, with an
effective date of July 5, 2005.
Northern states that it is filing the
above-referenced tariff sheets in
compliance with the Commission’s July
1, 2005 Order that provides for the
negotiation of gas quality management
at delivery points.
Northern further states that copies of
the filing have been mailed to each of
its customers and interested State
Commissions.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of

its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised
Volume No. 1, Second Revised Sheet
No. 4, to be effective August 18, 2005.
Northwest states that the purpose of

to reflect two new pools and to
eliminate the listing of the receipt
points associated with the pools on the
map.
Northwest states that a copy of this
