and exchange services.
Gulf South states that copies of this
filing have been served upon all parties
to the proceeding.

cost-based reactive supply and voltage
control from generation sources service
(Reactive Power Service). IMPA states it
will provide Reactive Power Service
from its two combustion turbine units at
the Georgetown Plant in the control area
