SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Type of Meeting: On August 29–31, 2005, the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Advisory Panel (the ‘‘Panel’’) will hold a quarterly and strategic planning meeting open to the public. Purpose: In accordance with section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Social Security Administration (SSA) announces a meeting of the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Advisory Panel. Interested parties are invited to attend the meeting. The Panel will use the meeting time to receive briefings and presentations on matters of interest, conduct full Panel deliberations on the implementation of the Act and receive public testimony. The Panel will meet in person commencing on Monday, August 29, 2005, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. The quarterly meeting will continue on Tuesday, August 30, 2005, from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The Panel will meet in person for a strategic planning meeting on Wednesday, August 31, 2005, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Members of the public must schedule a time slot in order to comment. Culturally Significant Objects Imported for Exhibition Determinations: ‘‘Max Liebermann: From Realism to Impressionism’’ We are soliciting public comments to permit the Department to: • Evaluate whether the proposed information collection is necessary to properly perform our functions. • Evaluate the accuracy of our estimate of the burden of the proposed collection, including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used. • Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected. • Minimize the reporting burden on those who are to respond, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of technology. Abstract of proposed collection: The export, temporary import, temporary export and brokering of defense articles, defense services and related technical data are licensed by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 CFR parts 120–130). The public must submit an application or written request of the transaction to the Department to obtain a decision whether it is in the interests of U.S. foreign policy and national security to approve the transaction. Also, there is an annual reporting requirement from the defense industry regarding all brokering activity that was transacted. Furthermore, there is a requirement for the public to maintain such records for five years. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: We are soliciting public comments to permit 
the Department to:
     Evaluate whether the proposed information collection is 
necessary to properly perform our functions.
     Evaluate the accuracy of our estimate of the burden of the 
proposed collection, including the validity of the methodology and 
assumptions used.
     Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the 
information to be collected.
     Minimize the reporting burden on those who are to respond, 
including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of 
technology.
    Abstract of proposed collection: The export, temporary import, 
temporary export and brokering of defense articles, defense services 
and related technical data are licensed by the Directorate of Defense 
Trade Controls in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms 
Regulations (22 CFR parts 120-130). The public must submit an 
application or written request of the transaction to the Department to 
obtain a decision whether it is in the interests of U.S. foreign policy 
and national security to approve the transaction. Also, there is an 
annual reporting requirement from the defense industry regarding all 
brokering activity that was transacted. Furthermore, there is a 
requirement for the public to maintain such records for five years.
    Methodology: These forms/information collections may be sent to the 
Directorate of Defense Trade Controls via the following methods: mail, 
personal delivery, fax, and/or electronically.
