(FEMA) hereby gives notice that
pursuant to the authority vested in the
Under Secretary for Emergency
Preparedness and Response, Department
of Homeland Security, under Executive
Order 12148, as amended, Michael
Bolch, of FEMA is appointed to act as
the Federal Coordinating Officer for this
declared disaster.
This action terminates my
appointment of James N. Russo as
Federal Coordinating Officer for this
disaster.

of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Florida (FEMA–1595–DR),
dated July 10, 2005, and related
determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE:
July 20, 2005.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Florida is hereby amended to
include the following areas among those
areas determined to have been adversely
affected by the catastrophe declared a
major disaster by the President in his
declaration of July 10, 2005:
Dixie and Taylor Counties for Individual
Assistance.
Jefferson, Leon, and Liberty Counties for
Public Assistance.
Calhoun, Holmes, Monroe, and
Washington Counties for Public Assistance
[Categories C–G] (already designated for
Public Assistance [Categories A and B],
including direct Federal assistance. For a
period of up to 72 hours, assistance for
emergency protective measures, including
direct Federal assistance, is provided at 100
percent of the total eligible costs. The period
of up to 72 hours at 100 percent excludes
debris removal.)
Bay, Escambia, Franklin, Gulf, Okaloosa,
Santa Rosa, Wakulla, and Walton Counties
for Public Assistance [Categories C–G]
(already designated for Individual Assistance
and Public Assistance [Categories A and B],
including direct Federal assistance. For a
period of up to 72 hours, assistance for
emergency protective measures, including
direct Federal assistance, is provided at 100
percent of the total eligible costs. The period
of up to 72 hours at 100 percent excludes
debris removal.)
