MIGC, Inc. (MIGC) tendered for filing as
part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised
Volume No. 1, Sixth Revised Sheet No.
58, to become effective August 1, 2005.
MIGC asserts that the purpose of this
filing is to incorporate an inadvertently
overlooked change in reference from
‘‘GISB’’ to ‘‘Standards Board’’ to
recognize the change in name to the
North American Energy Standards
Board.
Any person desiring to protest this
