    Take notice that on July 15, 2005, Paiute Pipeline Company (Paiute) 
tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised 
Volume No. 1-A, the following tariff sheets, to become effective

    Paiute indicates that the purpose of the filing is to correct 
pagination errors on certain tariff sheets submitted with its July 1, 
2005 compliance filing in Docket No. RP05-485-000.

with Rule 211 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18
