Respondents: Registrants who wish to be classified as an Alien, Dual National or Treaty Alien. Frequency: One-time. Burden: The reporting burden is 20 minutes or less per individual. SSS–27 Title: Claim Documentation Form— Postponement of Induction. Purpose: Is used to document a claim for the postponement of induction.
