    Take notice that on July 7, 2005, Ozark Gas Transmission, L.L.C. 
(Ozark) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original 
Volume No. 1, First Revised Sheet No. 110, with an effective date of 
September 1, 2005.
    Ozark states that on June 29, 2005 it filed certain proposed 
amendments to its FERC Gas Tariff to comply with FERC Order No. 587-S.
