Take notice that on July 1, 2005, Northern Natural Gas Company
(Northern), filed a report with the Commission in compliance with the
Commission's August 4, 2004 Order in this proceeding, which assesses
the operation of Phase 1 of Northern's Field Area segmentation plan.
