Information that is collected is used to
award grants under the Grants for
Battered Women’s Shelters program.
Respondents: State agencies, Native
American Tribes and Alaskan Native
Villages, and non-profit State Domestic
Violence Coalitions administering the
Family Violence Prevention and
Services program.
Authority: Section 1833(t) of the Act (42
U.S.C. 1395l(t)). The Panel is governed by the
