tendered for filing as part of its FERC
Gas Tariff, Volume No. 1–A, the tariff
sheets listed in the Appendix to the
filing, with an effective date of August
1, 2005, but may become effective
January 1, 2006 if suspended for five
months by EPNG.
EPNG states that the proposed
changes will result in an increase of
approximately 10.5% based on the 12month period ending March 31, 2005, as
