The International Telecommunication Advisory Committee (ITAC) will meet to prepare for ITU–T Study Group 3, Charging and Accounting Principles, on Thursday, July 28; Wednesday, August 17; and August 24, 2005, both from 2– 4 p.m. in the Washington, DC metro area. The Commission was reauthorized pursuant to Pub. L. 106–113 (H.R. 3194, Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2000). The U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy is a bipartisan Presidentially appointed panel created by Congress in 1948 to provide oversight of U.S. Government activities intended to understand, inform and influence foreign publics. SUMMARY: The International Telecommunication Advisory Committee
