SUMMARY: The Enforcement Bureau (‘‘Bureau’’) debars Mr. John Henry Weaver from the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism (or ‘‘E-Rate program’’) for a period of three years. Debarment commences on the date Mr. Weaver receives the debarment letter or July 13, 2005, whichever date come first, for a period of three years.
