Third Revised Volume No. 1, the
following tariff sheets to become
effective June 12, 2005:

Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 255
Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 257
Midwestern states that this filing is
made to comply with Paragraph(s) 4, 6
and 7 of the Commission’s Order issued
on June 10, 2005 in Docket No. RP05–
341–000.
Midwestern states that copies of this
