The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Walters Art Museum, Baltimore, Maryland, from on or about November 19, 2005 to on or about February 12, 2006, and at possible additional venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. Shipping Coordinating Committee; Notice of Meetings

    The Working Group on Radio Communications and Search and Rescue of 
the Subcommittee on Safety of Life at Sea will conduct open meetings at 
1 p.m. on Thursday, August 11, 2005, in room 3328.
    The meeting will be held at the Department of Transportation 
Headquarters Building, 400 Seventh Street, SW., Washington, DC 20950. 
The purpose of this meeting is to prepare for the Tenth Session of the
