minorities, women, and persons with
disabilities are aware of this notice,
FSIS will announce it on-line through
the FSIS Web page located at https://
www.fsis.usda.gov/regulations/
2005_Notices_Index/.
FSIS also will make copies of this
Federal Register publication available
through the FSIS Constituent Update,
which is used to provide information
regarding FSIS policies, procedures,
regulations, Federal Register notices,
FSIS public meetings, recalls, and other
types of information that could affect or
would be of interest to our constituents
and stakeholders. The update is
communicated via Listserv, a free
electronic mail subscription service for
industry, trade, and farm groups,
consumer interest groups, allied health
professionals, scientific professionals,
and other individuals who have
requested to be included. The update
also is available on the FSIS web page.
Through Listserv and the web page,
FSIS is able to provide information to a
much broader, more diverse audience.
In addition, FSIS offers an electronic
mail subscription service which
provides an automatic and customized
notification when popular pages are
updated, including Federal Register
publications and related documents.

CLOSED MEETING: The members of the
Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG)
will meet in closed session to review
and discuss a number of issues relating
to U.S. Government-funded nonmilitary international broadcasting.
They will address internal procedural,
budgetary, and personnel issues, as well
as sensitive foreign policy issues
relating to potential options in the U.S.
international broadcasting field. This
meeting is closed because if open it
likely would either disclose matters that
would be properly classified to be kept
secret in the interest of foreign policy
under the appropriate executive order (5
U.S.C. 552b.(c)(1)) or would disclose
information the premature disclosure of
which would be likely to significantly
frustrate implementation of a proposed
agency action. (5 U.S.C. 552b.(c)(9)(B)).
In addition, part of the discussion will
relate solely to the internal personnel
and organizational issues of the BBG or
the International Broadcasting Bureau.
