prior to the meeting and reasonable
provision will be made to include the
presentation in the agenda. The Deputy
Designated Federal Officer is

fashion that will facilitate the orderly

provided a maximum of five minutes to
present their comments.

Board (EMSSAB), Idaho National
Engineering Laboratory. The Federal

463, 86 Stat. 770) requires that public
notice of this meeting be announced in
the Federal Register.
DATES: Tuesday, July 19, 2005, 8 a.m.–
6 p.m.; Wednesday, July 20, 2005, 8
a.m.–5 p.m.
Opportunities for public participation
will be held Tuesday, July 19, from
12:15 to 12:30 p.m. and 5:45 to 6 p.m.;
and on Wednesday, July 20, from 11:45
a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 to 4:15 p.m.
Additional time may be made available
for public comment during the
presentations.
These times are subject to change as
